Corporate car rental in Chennai with driver
Business travel wants different things from a rental: predictable billing, a driver who can be relied on for a repeated route, and paperwork the accounts team will accept without a conversation.

Two corridors, and both need positioning
Chennai’s corporate travel concentrates in two places, and they are on opposite sides of the city.
The OMR IT corridor — Perungudi, Thoraipakkam, Sholinganallur, Siruseri. The Sriperumbudur industrial belt — the manufacturing corridor out to the west.
Both are far enough from the airport and from the centre that an early-morning pickup cannot be served by dispatching a car when you call. We position the car the night before for anything departing before 6am, which is most of the airport work these corridors generate.
That is an operational commitment rather than a service promise, and it is the thing most likely to determine whether a visitor makes their flight.
What corporate travel actually needs
Different things from leisure hire, and mostly unglamorous:
Predictable billing. GST invoices, itemised, monthly or per trip. Toll and parking at actuals with receipts rather than as a rounded figure — which is what most accounts queries turn out to be about.
A driver who can be relied on. For a repeated route, the same driver matters more than people expect. Someone who knows the OMR run at 7am, knows where your office gate is, and recognises returning visitors is worth more than the difference in fare.
Flight tracking that actually happens. Visitor arrivals slip. We track the flight and time waiting from actual landing, not the schedule.
Cars that can hold a working conversation. Three or four people plus laptop bags, quiet enough for a call between meetings.
How we structure it
Monthly contracts for regular patterns — a daily run, a standing airport arrangement, a weekly plant visit. Quoted against the pattern rather than trip by trip.
Hourly packages for visitor days, where the car stays with the guest and the schedule moves. Extra hours are published, so an overrunning day is predictable.
Per-trip for occasional work, at the published rates.
All three are on the rate card rather than behind a quote form, which means your procurement team can compare before contacting anybody.
The runs we do most
OMR and Sriperumbudur to the airport, in both directions, at every hour.
Between the two corridors — genuinely a cross-city journey, and one where the ECR-versus-GST-Road choice matters. A driver who takes the wrong one costs you an hour.
Outstation day trips to Sriperumbudur’s supplier belt, and up to Tirupati for visiting colleagues who want to go, which happens more often than people expect.
Group size, honestly
Three or four people with bags is where an Ertiga works well for corporate travel. For six colleagues plus luggage on a long outstation run, we would put you in something larger — see the group-size question. Getting that wrong on a client visit is worse than getting it wrong on a holiday.
Booking corporate car rental in Chennai
Call or WhatsApp with the date, the time and the number of passengers, and we quote the full fare rather than a per-km rate to work out yourself. The driver's name and number reach you before the trip, not on the day.
Other services in Chennai: airport taxi , outstation , drop taxi , local packages , tour packages , wedding car rental . Full rate card on the pricing page, and the vehicle itself on the Ertiga page.
All bookings include a professional driver. We do not offer self-drive rentals.
Corporate Car Rental in Chennai — FAQs
Do you do monthly corporate contracts?
Yes, and for regular routes it is the sensible structure — a fixed monthly arrangement with a known driver rather than booking each trip. Tell us the pattern and we will quote against it.
Will the invoice work for our accounts team?
It should. GST invoices with the trip details itemised, one bill per month or per trip as you prefer. Toll and parking appear at actuals with receipts rather than as a lumped figure, which is usually what accounts queries are about.
Can we have the same driver for a repeated route?
For a regular contract, yes, and it is worth asking for. A driver who knows a daily OMR run and knows your visitors' names is worth more than the fare difference.
What about early airport runs from OMR or Sriperumbudur?
The car is positioned the night before. Both corridors are far enough from the airport that dispatching a driver across the city at 4am is a plan with no margin, and we do not run it that way.
Do you handle visitor pickups where flight times change?
Yes. We track the flight and start the 30 minutes of free waiting from actual landing rather than the schedule, which matters when a visitor's arrival slips by two hours.
