Ertiga rental rates

An outstation fare has three parts: distance, the driver's daily allowance, and the pass-through costs.

• Distance — charged per kilometre at ₹19/km, on the higher of the actual distance driven and the daily minimum of 250 km per day.
• Driver bata — ₹500 per day, one per day of the trip.
• At actuals — toll, parking, interstate permit and state entry tax, with receipts.

A one-way drop is charged for one side only, with a minimum of 130 km — because the car still has to drive home empty.

Everything above is quoted itemised: the fare, then toll, parking and permit added at actuals with receipts. You pay exactly what the road cost.

Plenty of customers would rather have one agreed figure — particularly if the trip is being reimbursed, a group is splitting the cost, or the route crosses two state borders. We quote that way too. Ask on the call and we will give you both, so you can see the difference rather than take our word for it.

One thing to insist on from any operator: an all-inclusive quote must state its kilometre and hour limits. A package price without them is not a package price. The full comparison is here.

• Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup, with a full refund of the advance. Between 24 and 48 hours we retain 25% of the advance; between 6 and 24 hours, 50%; under 6 hours or a no-show, 100%. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Advance: An advance confirms the booking; the balance is due at the start of the trip. Advance bookings paid online qualify for a discount.
• Night hours: Late-night driver batta applies between 22:00 and 05:59. Standard driver batta covers 06:00 to 22:00.
• Airport waiting: 30 minutes free, counted from the actual landing time rather than the scheduled one; beyond that, charged by the hour at the rate quoted when you book
