Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what a booking needs:

• Your name and contact details — phone number, and email or WhatsApp number if you use those to reach us.
• Trip details — pickup and drop points, dates and times, passenger and luggage numbers, and any requirement you tell us about.
• Flight details, where you give them, so a driver can track an arrival.
• Billing details where an invoice is required, including a company name and GST number for corporate bookings.

We do not ask for and do not store card details. Payments are made in cash, by UPI or by bank transfer.

What we use it for

• Arranging and operating your booking, including passing your name, number and pickup point to the assigned driver.
• Contacting you about that booking.
• Invoicing, and keeping the records the law requires us to keep.
• Answering a later query about a trip you took with us.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone who is not involved in delivering your booking. Where a larger vehicle is needed we may pass your details to the operating company in the same group in order to arrange it, and we will tell you when we do.

Marketing

We may contact you about a booking you have made or asked about. We will not add you to a marketing list from an enquiry alone, and any promotional message we do send will offer a way to stop receiving them. Tell us at any time and we will stop.

How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry records are kept while they may reasonably be needed — for a query about a completed trip, or a repeat booking — and financial records for the period Indian tax law requires. After that they are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except where we are required to keep a financial record. Contact us and we will act on it.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this section will be updated before it does, and the analytics we use will be aggregated rather than identifying.

Security

We keep enquiry and booking information on access-controlled systems and limit access to the people arranging your travel. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not pretend otherwise — which is one reason we do not store payment card details at all.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their details. Bookings are made by adults travelling with or on behalf of a family.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears here. Material changes to how we use enquiry data will be described rather than quietly made.
